rev:text	Used to be a nice Camden property. Of course that was 11 years ago. Now it's a cesspool of filth, crime and drug addicts. The 2 phases of Capri are around a complex called Canyon Willows. Lots of drug dealers and sex offenders live there. I actually just checked the sex registry and 4 are living at Capri. Obviously they do no background checks. If you have the cash, they have an apartment for you. Dogs shit everywhere. Their pathetic owners are too lazy to bend over and pick it up. This brings in a ton of flies. Keep your balcony open in nicer weather (on the top floor, on the bottom you'll have a home invasion within days) and your apartment will be filled with flies. The apartments are roach infested and the reason why is they don't move the appliances to clean when someone moves out. A lot of shit complexes have this practice. So the food, dirt and filth just build under there and it's a cockroaches paradise. No matter upstairs or downstairs you WILL have roaches. Not sure if Amy is still there but she's the worst to deal with. Hopefully she's been fired with the takeover. This area is a ghetto. Don't believe me? Go directly across the street to Villa Knolls. Don't go alone. You have a full blown ghetto projects directly across the street from you if you live in Capri. Don't go to the Walmart behind Capri at night if you don't want to risk your life. All in all, avoid this place. And like everyone else says, they offer a good apartment rate, then add in so many fees you're paying $200+ more than you were quoted. And when you move out? Shit, just hand them all the money you have and be done with them. It's worth it.
