  • First of all I would need to say the secretary Lori never returns phone calls. I've been trying to get an appointment for the longest to complete my implant work and it seems as if they really didn't care for my business. I've discussed with Lori that I had clearance from my oral surgeon to go ahead and schedule for the completion of my implant and said she would call me as soon as she received the report. Well I've never heard back and when I called and spoke with someone in the office, they weren't aware. Very unprofessional and too laid back in my opinion. They finally gave me an appointment 3 months out and a few days before my appointment I had called to reschedule because time had lapsed so much that I had finally gotten a new and better dental insurance plan. BTW Friday's this office is primarily closed so if your appointment is Monday and you need to cancel then cancelling on Friday will do you no justice. I called the morning of my appointment and spoke with Lori in the front desk and explained my situation of me waiting for my new insurance and that I had called up Friday to reschedule and of course no avail on their part since they aren't there Fridays. Lori decided to give me an attitude and to penalize me for short notice cancellations of 50 bucks. I explained I did call That last Friday and she just didn't care to hear me out and still was insisting I pay the cancellation fee. This office is outrageous and to be honest their demeanor is awful. Lori should never be in the front with customer interface. She's not very accommodating and pretty rude with her demands. The staff has changed the dynamics of this dentistry and I will not be using their services ever again. I've had to many bad experiences in the past and this honestly has turned me off. I do not recommend this dentistry to anyone and btw they have a huge turn over with their employees. As quaint and intimate as it once used to be, it has definitely changed for the worse. Don't waste your time or money, you will be disappointed as I was. Good luck!
