  • This location is horrible. The staff are very very rude! If you have a special request such as something as simple as no pickles they still manage to screw it up. I recently visited the location on Sunset and Mountain Vista when I placed my order before I could finish the employee gave me my total. When I said I needed something else his reply was "hold on since you want to order something else."Once he added the items he then said "are you sure you don't want a drink? I mean really." This is the last time I will ever frequent this restaurant. The outside parking lot and menus are disgusting. The manager should be absolutely embarrassed as well as the company itself for such an awful representation of the Fatburger brand.
