  • So my mom bought her son a shirt as a gift and he washed and the sleeves shrunk at least 6 inches. The body shrunk quite a bit also. Your store manager wouldn't authorize the return because it was "washed". How would we know that it would shrink so bad without washing it. Brand of shirt is Cody James. That is your private label and you won't even back up your merchandise. And your store manager wouldn't even come out to speak with us. She kept sending her lackeys out there to tell us No. her name is Janelle she has a store manager at the Mesa location on Alma school and the US 60. And anyone who wears clothes without washing it first it's taking a huge chance at catching numerous ailments.
