  • I'd give this place one star, but it's not abominable. One thing I do know: it's anything but EZ. Literally and metaphorically speaking. Just an FYI: this is an off-site car rental. It's not called EZ Car Rental it's actually called Trans Canada Car Rental. Beyond confusing! No one knows anything about this place, so acquiring directions is almost impossible to get if booking through Priceline. There is no telephone number listed for EZ. Take the train to the Viscount stop, take the escalator down stairs and call them using the courtesy phone. Takes shuttle approximately 20 minutes to pick up. Location is roughly 3 minutes away. The rental company is connected to a seedy hotel that shares its counter. I highly recommend forking over a few extra dollars a day to rent from a company that's attached to the main terminal and not off-site. This was a nightmare.
