Jeremy (service manager) was helpful and I believed him to be honest.
However my issue is that I just paid $1,300 for a new ac compressor and freon .... As I was told that these were the issues.
Yet after a 30 minute drive in surprisingly cool morning weather, I realized my ac is NOT WORKING STILL. I don't know what this issue is but all of a sudden I can't reach Jeremy. Despite being told that he is in his office, there was no response.
Being the only Infiniti dealership in town, I have to drive 20-25 miles to get there and frankly I'm tired after 3 trips.
***issue was resolved by Jeremy and Service manager Mark. Turns out there was a minor issue with an O-ring. Service was prompt and resolution is above satisfactory.
