  • BAIT AND SWITCH TO THE MAX!!! Do NOT go to this PATHETIC, LOSER, STORE!! NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! LIARS!!!! I went in there...they told me they had a specific phone in stock. It was on their wall with a price ...and CONFIRMED that they had it. Then as I said OK...they ALL OF A SUDDEN didn't have the phone....ANYWHERE in ANY store....nor could they EVER get me that phone....BUT...they DID have a OLDER MODEL, that was actually MORE EXPENSIVE, that I could PAY MORE FOR!! I asked them why they had it UP...ON DISPLAY...WITH A PRICE in their store, and WHY did the one sales girl tell me that they DID have it...AND she even told me it would cost $20 a month for it?? They said "Sorry....we have been out of that phone for months." (THAT'S EVEN WORSE!!) I told them that was BAIT and SWITCH and they needed to give me a more expensive model for that price and they said NO. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE!!!
