  • Do not go with this company..... Had carpets cleaned by a technician who's skill was excuses and up selling. Charged me $5 per step and offered a anti bacterial treatment I never got. The carpet hardly had any improvement . He told me wait til dry and it will look better. Not true . So called company back made the complaint, company said they will have the tech come back. The tech called me back and said I did all I can so call the company back and tell them I'm not coming!!! Wth a business that can not control their own employees is a bad sign..... Finally Company set up a redo the next day, with a different tech. They couldn't even get that right my appt slot was between 2-4 they came at 1 ! Then on top of that they didn't even redo all the problem areas, new tech just walked in and said I don't know what's goin on I'm just here to do the stairs and left .
