John Barfield and Scott "Elf" Elflein are Awesome!! There was no Pressure to buy when I decided to come in. The test drive went really well with Scott while John worked on getting the Mazda 3 into my price range. After driving a Corolla, Lancer, Civic and Mazda 3 I clearly saw the 3 was the best car for the money! I would highly recommend test driving a new Mazda 3 and seeing John and Scott. UPDATE: Scott and John are no longer working there because the turn over is terrible. At the end of the sale I was forced into buying "Auto Butler" which are pre paid wash and wax packages. I was told by the general sales manager that he wouldn't sell me the car without it which was another $297.60. It was 8pm on a Saturday night and everyone wanted to go home including me so I agreed to it. Now I go in for the service, they gave me a car which is great but they didn't clean the car and waxed over a ton of bugs. It clearly states on the auto butler card that the dealer will wash and remove THE BUGS for 9.99 before waxing the car. And the card also says if the vehicle is deemed excessively dirty that service will let me know and give me an estimate to prep the car properly for wax. I took off work early to go get the car and it looked like hell, so I made them re do it. After leaving a message for the GENERAL MANAGER Kevin to call me back the service manager Dexter calls me and says that's how they wash cars for auto butler and any other prep work I need to do myself. I then talked to the General manager about getting a refund on auto butler and or making sure the services are done right. He walked out of the meeting and didnt do anything for me. Mistake #1 DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP and #2 DO NOT BUY AUTO BUTLER!!!!!! The rental they gave me was dirty and the A/C smelled pretty bad. They obviously dont care about doing the right thing for their customers no matter who is working there. But Kyle the service advisor who wrote up the auto butler he is a great guy!!
