The spring rolls were very greasy and soggy. The main dishes we ordered (Basil Tofu and General Tso's Tofu) were bland. A bottle of soy sauce spilled on the ground and spread to surrounding diners' tables but none of the staff attempted to clean any of it up. Also we were overcharged for wine ($1 more than what was listed on the menu). But our biggest complaint was that we paid a dollar extra each to have brown rice with our meals, were given about 1/2 cup each, and then after we'd run out were told we'd have to pay even more to get a little extra to take home with our leftovers. Bad business practice, Sun Penang. Rice is cheap and it would have been easy to make us happy. We definitely won't be back.
