  • I live across the street and have been here several times with no issues, this was a normal service we do from time to time. This experience and customer service is enough for me drive further and to go pay somewhere else more money. Paid for a bath and nail trimming, they told us they didn't trim the nails. Go to the cashier to pay and tell her they didn't trim her nails and was still charged full price. When reminded the stupid lady proceeded to give tips on trimming the nails at home and would not waive the nail trimming. We didn't pay for advice we paid for the nails to be trimmed. We also dropped our dog off at 11am and was told it would be 2-3 hours, fast forward almost 4 hours later and we find out the dog was only given a bath. Keep the extra $6-$10 we will not be returning.
