  • Ohhhhhhh k. The breakfast sandwich. Bloom - who are you? What are you? Why is this sandwich so good? Honestly the best one I've had. The biscuit is perfect, egg is perfect, bacon is perfect, mustard(I think?) is perfect. It was so delicious I was actually sad when I finished it. I also tried it for the first time on my birthday, and it made my birthday morning that much better :) I then tried one of their Carrot Cake Cupcakes later in the day. It was super moist, and the frosting was perfectly sweet. Living so close to Bloom is going to be dangerous. What a cute place that serves up delicious bakery items!
