  • Over the years we have had a few problems with their return policy. Their price match policy is useless unless you see the price the same day of purchase. We purchased a BBQ stand for $89.95 and three weeks later saw the same one at Costco for only $74.99. After contacting the service desk we were informed that the price match has to be on the same day of purchase which is nearly impossible. Most retail stores have a far more flexible policy. We will never set foot into their store again.
