  • I'm confused about the bad reviews... I must have just gotten lucky and ended up at a unit with a great landlord (since Shannon Day Realty is just the middle man, they need to go through each property's landlord for everything and can only do so much if the landlord is a pain in the ass). Every time I have needed something fixed, my rep Gretchen gets it taken care of for me immediately. I have never had any problems, and they stay out of my hair. I HIGHLY recommend them, although based on other reviews it sounds like it all depends on the particular landlord they have to deal with.
