  • First time I went in for a pedicure, it was fine, they're just pushy with all the upselling. Second time I left irritated after a pedicure and the third time I went they made sure I would take my business elsewhere and never return to them again. Each time I went I had the same lady who would do my pedicure. Not sure of her name but her and one of the guys that works there were extremely rude and disrespectful. After declining all of their attempts to upsell, they flat out talked about my nieces feet while doing her pedicure, the lady loudly told me I needed to stop wearing cheap nail polish because cheap polishes were no good and then proceeded to pick up my feet, make faces and tell her coworker to look. They thought if they spoke in their native tongue, we'd be too stupid to realize they were talking about us??? Now I don't get pedicures every two weeks but I also take care of my feet at home in between visits, so my feet were not terrible. But besides that, this is their job, this is what we are paying them to do, I expect it to be done with respect, regardless of how they feel. They did half assed jobs on our feet, nails were uneven, still rough with callous on them and their "not cheap" polish chipped after a week. So, they lost a customer, I'm taking my business elsewhere and my huge tips as well!
