Wow!!! For a company that should thrive on customer service... they don't even deserve a star. I needed one thing resolved with my rental and I call the main customer service, they tell you to call the rental location you rented from, they tell you to stay on the line and do t pick an option to have call transferred to, they tell you to leave a message. I did everything they asked and my call kept getting dripped as it was transferring, as you are holding, anything really. Its almost like they don't give a crap about their customers that they put you in wild goose chases and never answering questions. I left 2 voice messages and called 10 times and selected every option until finally I got reservations where the only human is available. Then they say they cant help you because they are just reservations. Its amazing that this company can get away with this type of horrible customer service. i will never rent hertz again. There are so many other options and apparently they are just too busy to make give their customers satisfaction. So, hopefully whomever is reading this. Please save yourself the trouble. Honestly, not worth the time, stress and aggravation.
