  • This ice cream tastes the way ice cream in heaven ought to. Period. You know, for all the weird flavors, it actually works without feeling bizarre. The miso creme brûlée? Excellent. I didn't once think of miso soup. It's as if there's a line between dessert flavors and food flavors, and Art of Flavors clearly knows where to draw it.
