  • Beware when you take your vehicle in for a transmission flush with filter, gasket change watch what they do. This is what they are supposed to do remove the transmission pan remove the old transmission filter and replacing it with a new transmission filter remove the old gasket material replace the pan gasket with a new gasket and reinstalling the pan refilling the transmission with new automatic transmission fluid to the proper level Sadly Millenium Auto Care is ripping off trusting customers by not replacing the gasket and filter. They are also not cleaning the pan leaving behind metal shavings that wear away at your transmission. My friend David Rush found this out when he took his vehicle in for transmission service before hitting the road, his transmission had been working fine until after the service at Millenium, three days later he was looking at replacing his transmission. When he went to a different auto shop this time he watched and filmed what they did. You can see the mechanic hold the gasket that crumbled in his hands. You can see how Millenium did not clean the transmission pan, Shame on you Millenium , I wonder how many other people you have managed to rip off over the years? CUSTOMER BEWARE!
