So less than 2 years ago we purchased a receiver, complete Sonos system and radio remote from Starpower. We just had to replace our TV & did not purchase it from Starpower. We called to ask about paying to have them come out and reinstall and set up the system. They refused to do so. They said that since we didn't buy our new TV from them, they would not set up the equipment we have purchased there. They said 'wish you the best'. How's that for customer service! We will not be back. Customer beware.
