  • Nothing frustrates me more than when I GET f@#$% over AND lose a nice chunk of change! I thought that I would be getting what I paid for, and instead I got nothing but misinformaion, an installer who had NO IDEA what he was doing, an "owner" who is disrespectful in how he deals with anyone and the product, well lets say that I had it installed 2 months ago and thanks to anyone of these things it no longer works properly...Doing what any sane person would do, I called - explained the situation and was told to come in and it would be taken care of - I did, and THENNNNN THE STORY CHANGED and Paul "the owner" felt the need to speak to me as though I was from another planet, you know - because I couldnt POSSIBLY know the rocket science that is ISIMPLE for my car... SAVE YOUR SANITY, MONEY AND GO TO AUDIO EXPRESS!!!
