  • This was by far the worst overall car buying experience I've had. Our sales rep Antjuan Curry was good, he didn't know much about the vehicle but would go find the answers right away. He worked with us and is the price and payments we wanted. But that was the last of the good service we received. Joe Gubsa the financial manager, look out. He is very vague and awful and communication. Said we have to come in and sign more paperwork, get there and he says we could've emailed it. We email it and he says we have to come in. We bought the car 14 days ago and have only had it in our possession 4 days. The day we bought it we are about to leave the dealership and the girl who was presenting the car, ran into the wall and knocked the mirror off... we had to leave the car there for 3 days to get it replaced, 3DAYS!!! We were told it would be ready by 9:00 am and it wasn't done till 4 pm. Then the sync system and half the buttons on the dash wouldn't work. Had to take it back to them where it took another 3 days and then having to send to ford to get fixed. When we picked up the car this time the battery was dead Robert then tried to hide the fact that it wouldn't start even though we saw them having to up the car. Robert assured us the car was ok. Of course the next day the car wouldn't start. They had to bring it back to look at what was wrong again. So now after 2 weeks hopefully the car works. Overall I will never buy here again. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Antjuan was a good sales guy. But Joe Gubsa and Robert from service were bad. maybe if they would've done their job and did a thorough inspection of the vehicle instead of cutting corners it would be a good review. This place needs to work on communication big time. Don't buy from these guys!
