  • I just simply love this place. Every time in their store has been a positive experience. My sweet little Gucci watch recently had the back come off. I happened to be in Newport Beach at Fashion Island when I ran across a jewelry store. I thought I'd ask how much It would be to snap the back of my watch on. When I took the watch out of my purse, the bands had also come off much to my surprise. The jewelery guy took the watch to the side to consult with his partner. They talk, look at the watch, both look back at me (which I thought was weird) and came back with a price of $68. WOW! I'll buy a new one for that price. I graciously declined and left. Indeed I was a little shocked when I handed the guy my watch as I had originally thought that only the back needed to be snapped on but instead it was in pieces. But $68 was too much since I could buy another one on Ebay for close to that price. So, I surveyed my little watch, saw how it fit together and did so. Easy peasy, but that back just wouldn't snap on. I knew where I WASN'T going to go. That's the next YELP review. LOL If I have written clearly enough, you'll track that I now have a watch with only aback needing to be snapped on. I couldn't get it right. I didn't know if was lack of strength or a special tool that was needed but I couldn't do it. (Meanwhile, back in Henderson...) Enter Jewel Trendz. I went in, explained I just needed the back snapped on. He looked at it and SNAP, all better. WOW. No charge, which I was totally willing to pay, just a reasonable one. While they were putting in a battery to another watch I tried on my little Gucci. When I had put my watch together I put my bands on backwards. So I asked the man how much to open the watch, change the bands etc. Remember, Fashion Island guy was $68 for this exact...EXACT issue. Jewel Trendz guy said, "I'll just do it..." OMG That jsut blew me away. They didn't even know about the Fashion Island experience. I have always had my work done here over the years and have been pleased in both pricing and workmanship. I've sent several people here and when I have my ring made I will go there. Trust is important and is honesty and continuity. They will on ALL counts. They had no idea I was going to write this but I wanted to publicly thank Jewel Trendz for consistently providing excellent customer service. You are my jewelry store of choice. Try them out. You will understand what I mean.
