  • I believe that when you enter any shop or store, the people working there should acknowledge that you are there with a simple 'hello' or 'how ya doin' or even 'yo'. When I entered I approached the cash register where an employee was so focused on his task on the computer I received no such acknowledgment (at a bike shop mind you where computers are entirely unnecessary). I went on a search to find what I was looking for, and found a fair selection of unpriced parts, one of which I grabbed. After I found the item I was looking for on my own I returned to the counter where the man stopped his vigorous computer activity to ring up my item. He then asked me for an astronomical price for something that should cost very little. I asked what the problem was and he said that this is the special light weight product and that I would probably rather have the standard issue. This was unknown to me and more complicated because prices were not given for these items. He then walked me back and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I paid and was on my way knowing I would never return to this shop.
