| - I wanted to update my review, after having been patients of Dr. B. for over two years now. About a year and a half ago, we adopted the sweetest senior dog in the world, and she had a lot of health issues. Dr. B. and his entire staff have been so great to her since the first day we brought her in, right after we brought her home with us. He explains everything so thoroughly to us in kind ways that make sense to us, always personally follows up with a phone call the next day, and his staff (front desk and vet techs) are the sweetest people you have ever met. They don't seem to have much turnover because we always see the same wonderful people.
Our sweet Sadie had chronic pancreatitis which Dr. B. Helped us manage. She had other ailments and a few weeks ago we found out her little kidneys were failing her. We said goodbye to her four days ago, and it has been the most difficult few days we've ever had without our sweet girl with us. But I have been reflecting on her life during her time with us, and I want to say that I believe that because of the care she received at Pethealth (combined with her fighting spirit!) we got a lot more time with her than we would have, had we not been patients here.
Unfortunately we now know from experience how absolutely devastating it is to say goodbye to your beloved family member. But Sadie never minded coming to the vet because Dr. B and his team are so kind, and it was a peaceful experience for her. It was so hard but we took some solace in the fact that she wasn't scared, she was in good hands, and we got to be with her, telling her we loved her and that she was a good girl, as it happened.
Our hearts have a Sadie-sized hole in them without her, we miss her more than I could ever describe. But I appreciate the care she received here, and I recommend them to anyone who has a furry family member. You will be in truly excellent hands.
