  • Finally, got to stay at the Mandarin for 3 nights and this place is so relaxing and accommodating. The service is exceptional and because it's not so massive the staff end up knowing you by name and greeting you as "Mr. ..." in your interactions with the staff. If you want to be treated special and feel special this is a hotel for you. Another plus is there's no casino or night club in the hotel so it's quiet and peaceful. They have a health spa, gym and pool complex on one of the floors that is like you're at your own spa retreat. We got the spa built into our hotel rate and could use the spa everyday. You go into the spa and get personal greeted, a complimentary tea and are escorted into the spa where you have a locker and get a robe to wear. I can go on and on, but it's top notch. The staff are the most professional and accommodating I've ever been around in a hotel outside of the service you're receive at the Mandarin Oriental in Singapore. We got a suite that had a corner view of the strip with wrap around windows. Basically, the outside walls were windows with an incredible view. Great hotel.
