| - Thanks a ton you STEREOTYPICAL BASTARDS!!!
I was in the store 40 min before closing time, so I knew I had to rush around. However, these bastards thought I was running around, when I was just walking around quickly trying to see as much of the store as possible, and thought I was trying to avoid them (there evidence was a statement from an employee who had nothing better to do like helping at the cash register and was just watching me on the security cameras at a computer) When the manager and assistant manager did not even attempt to reach me in a polite manner and politely ask "what I am doing?" they decided to confront me at an intersection of an aisle and rudely ask "why were you running?" Almost yelling at me I was confused but they continued to insist that I was running and avoiding them. They decided to "let me go" and I continued to walk the aisles. However they continued to bother my privacy as they continued to watch me from the end of the aisle putting all their attention on me (while there were other customers in the mall who were attempting to communicate to them their issues and questions but they were being ignored). Being disturbed, I decided to approach them and ask "is there something going on that I am am not aware about?" They replied by yelling at me that by running and "being rude to them," I am trespassing in the store and then forced me to leave or they would report me to the police. I attempted to explain myself but they did not even let me talk and the only thing I could say was that I'm calling my parents up to the front of the store first. The manager was ok with that but still were nagging me to leave the store and would not let me leave their sight (treating me like a 5 year old). I then left the store with my parents without further conflict. Thinking I was a teenager in the mall walking separate from my parents, I guess the first thought that must have popped in their minds was that I am attempting to commit a crime (stealing???) I understand that I am a teenager, but you do not need to treat me like a child, especially when I did not even bother them and was trying to see as much of the store as possibly before closing time. I understand that they may have wanted to go home, but they did not do the courteous thing and put the costumer ahead of them. Proud to say they will NEVER SEE MY BUSINESS again after 3 years of going and buying from this mall!!!!!! You guys have the best customer service ever who made me feel like I was in a safe and enjoyable environment!!!(lies!!)
This mall has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. VERY RUDE, INCOMPETENT AND HAS NO RESPECT!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! I AM WARNING YOU!!! TRYING TO SAVE YOU THE TIME OF AN EMBARRASSMENT AND POSSIBILITY OF UNNECESSARY CONFLICT!!!!
