| - I'm here to update my review on this place since it's under new management. Recently we broke a tie rod on our rzr and we decided to upgrade our tie rods to super atv ones. This might be a long review but I wanted to give credit to everyone that I encountered there.
First and foremost, Steve in parts is an amazing person.. I talked to him about upgrading our tie rods and he immediately went over with me on options and asked me several questions to make sure which ever part I went with, it was going to be the right one for me. We went with the super atv one since the outer tie rods can be easily replaced. He ordered it and we got it with in a week. Steve is very helpful and knowledgable and made sure I was well taken care of. I have been dealing with Steve for about 7-8 years now. I won't buy parts locally from anyone else.. Unless it was josh when he used to work parts at the other ride now on rancho.. Which leads me to the next person.
I have been dealing with josh for also 7-8 years now. I've been following him from ride now on Craig to ride now on rancho then he transferred to warehouse and so i started to buy stuff from Steve again but today I came in to ride now on Craig to inquire about the fire recall and guess who I see, Josh in service! I'm glad he's back in a store because now I can bring my quad, dirt bike and sxs to one location because all my favorite sales team are under 1 roof. Josh is very knowledgable and treats customers with respect. I can be tough to handle sometimes and that how Josh and Steve met me was when I had problems with a old manager from 6 years ago. Steve and Josh handled my attitude and screaming very well and helped me out as much as they can. And that is the reason why I keep coming back and follow these guys around!
Joe the driver.. On multiple occasions they have picked up our rzr and sometimes even dropped it off for us. Every time we see Joe, he is full of energy and ready to help. He talks to you like you've been friends with him for years.. I have never met a driver with such positivity. You can tell he really loves his job and really enjoys where he works. If you're having a bad day.. Joe will be that guy to cheer you up!
I made a review about Kris Ramsey 6 months ago when we first bought the rzr.. Recently I had a couple of friends inquire about buying a sxs.. As it was late and after hours, Kris managed to stay on the phone and answered all the questions that my friend may have. He's not pushy at all and always try to help with what he can. Even Ryan the finance guy is awesome and is currently helping us out with some warranty stuff.
Overall, aside from all the negative reviews from the past, that is the past.. Don't think that is the way it is now. You have Josh, Steve, Kris, Ryan and Joe at this ride now location and those are the only people you need to know because these guys are great and they're all under one roof. Don't judge based off of these reviews.. You have to go in and experience it yourself.
