  • Loved my mattress the night we got it, we slept great. Then we realized we had an issue that warranted the mattress unusable. The customer service we received was unreal, we had no issues getting our problem taken care of and right away. We are loving our new, new mattress! I would recommend Tuft & Needle to anybody!! They also sent our puppy a care package a few days after our mattress arrived. Needless to say that sealed the deal.
