Ya know, I never thought that I would be writing a review on a bank but i stumbled upon those previous when trying to find the closest ATM.
It goes without saying that with any business, especially one whose business is money, they will watch their own backs even when it seems like they are there to watch yours. Therefore, you have to read the fine print, ask questions when concerned and if necessary make a stink.
I have always been an uncomplicated customer but I don't believe people have never gotten screwed over or that the bank (all banks) need to change certain policies (flex interests rates, obscene overdrafts), but in the last 8 years with BofA I have always had superb customer service and never had a problem that was caused by or worsened by BofA.
