  • I purchased a coupon from Amazon local thinking it was a great deal. I scheduled the appointment, received the appointment reminder but that was as far as it got. I was told there could be a 4-hour window before the technician would arrive at my house and the tech would call 30-minutes before his/her arrival; however, the tech never showed up! Lucky for me, Amazon gave me a refund but I had to waste four hours of my weekend waiting for these people. During that 4-hour window, I attempted to call these people and the call went straight to voicemail. Don't ever use this company!
