I'm a regular of Vietnam Grille. Vietnam Grille is a fast, inexpensive, and tasty meal. They serve primarily Pho and Vermicelli with various meats. One glaring hole in the menu is that they do not offer Bánh mì sandwiches, which should now be standard at vietnamese restaurants.
Pros:
-Service is fast.
-Servers are accurate and friendly. They seem to have the menu memorized by number.
-Food is excellent and inexpensive.
Cons:
-Building is small. When busy there might be a wait.
-Parking is a bit of a hassle on South Blvd. Ordinarily when I visit the Rent A Center that shares the lot is closed, you might have issues with parking if you go at lunchtime.
-While ordinarily very friendly and nice, I have heard some of my friends complain that Rick Lai (the owner) calls customers out publicly for low tips. Also I read/hear that he is hesitant to give refunds or allow staff to remake dishes if there is a customer complaint. This might be a culture difference, but if true I find that to be unacceptable.
