  • This place is awful. It's been under construction for way too long. There is no place to park, the parking they do have is right next to where they are painting the other buildings so the overspray gets everywhere. The gate never works and it is tiny, people are constantly hitting it. In the few months I lived here someone broke into multiple cars and stole items from them. At the time there was no night security. I stayed in a first floor unit & we had scorpion issues, I rinsed 5 of them off my patio at one time. They rent out the "club house" which makes the parking situation even worse. Every morning I could her my upstairs neighbor flush the toilet and run the shower. I could literally hear the water flowing next to the wall. The place is beautiful on the outside, don't get me wrong. I suggest going down the street to San Privada, I lived there before and it was much better. For $1550 I expected a lot more.
