In 1993 and 94 when I was a manager at the Pizza Hut at Yonge and Carlton we would come here when we needed printing jobs done and all these years later still the great same service I had back then.
I had a small credit card size item that needed to be laminated and on my way home last night stopped in at 2 places. The first near Church and Adelaide made me wait about 6 minutes before coming to speak to me and wanted $10. The second was Staples at Young and King where I was told it could not be done. I knew that was nonsense because I was a manager at Staples from 1995 to 2001 but I'm not gonna argue with somebody that does not want my business. He didn't even suggest an alternative which is something we used to train our staff to do in my day. So I got up this morning and went to my local printing shop, Carlton Printers, which is much closer to home and way. I was greeted warmly instantly. He ooked at the card and said it would be no problem to laminate (of course knowing I assume all risk) In less than 5 minutes (because the laminator needed to be warmed up) and less than 1/2 the cost of the no service expenses be place I was out of there and completely satisfied with both the service and the laminating job. It's sad to think the two other service providers could've had that business thank you Carlton Printers.
