  • Good customer service but wasn't impressed by the urgency and rush. Was in an accident on Feb 13th and went to another location to pick up a car. My insurance pays $90 aday for rental.(anything on the lot) Got a Buick. Beautiful car! Took the car on freeway a couple days later and the steering wheel shook at high speeds and when breaking. Call the location back and was told i could take car to have it fixed or can take car to airport location being they dint have any more cars. Got to airport real nice agent but was rushed through the whole process. Every car that i picked i was told i couldn't get. Then was told i can take one of these two cars or go to another location. RUDE! Then was told even though my insurance pays $90 aday that they will lose out on money coz the car being faulty is not the airport location fault but the local locations fault. Then the agent told me to take up the faulty car with the local location. He basically told me to complain to the local location about the troubles i was having- not very professional....
