| - I went today Saturday around 3PM to Bell store at Eaton's Level 2, I needed to buy a new smart phone and a new plan (Corporate) the staff were not busy, there was this one Indian looking guy (sucker) wearing suit like he is a security ,stiff, like a log standing. He approached me, I asked him what's the best phone, deal he can recommend, he seemed not interested, distracted, it was difficult communicating with him , every phone I asked, he said they do not have it in stock. I wanted Samsung Galaxy note 4, Nexus 6, he said they are just for display. He really did not try to show me, it was very annoying, I felt like smacking him on the head. I am so tired of useless customer service reps, Then he started talking with another staff about some woman using the F word in the store. I will try Eaton Bell Level 1 ..my old phone is Bell so I just wanted to add Data plan on it. He told me why don't you order over the phone Bell will mail you, of course I did later, They transferred me even worse to call centre int'l to Thailand (I don't like int'l call centres) she told me that I have to go to store since I have an order number. YOU SUCK !!! I feel like firing all this useless suckers..
