Nothing can begin to explain the greed that led to a lack of service that my colleague and I experienced when being bumped by the Aloft Hotel in Beachwood, OH last night or by the empirical lack of empathy and effectiveness that we experienced at the hands of Starwood Hotels, customer service - that apparently only acts as a "mediator" and has no real power to intervene (there words) between the property and the customer. My award for an abomination in the hospitality industry, goes to Starwood Hotels, The Sheraton Airport Hotel in Cleveland with a real special mention to the Aloft in Beachwood, OH. Tired business travelers be ware!
