  • A roof is NOTHING to rush or skimp on. It's probably one of the biggest investments you'll make in your house and it should be done right. Unfortunately, it is DIFFICULT to find a roofing company that is reliable, honest, and technically-skilled. Stop searching because Lifetime Roof Systems is all of that and more. We were facing a full roof replacement for an architecturally-complex home (Taliesin West, FLW). Our first contractor did such a bad job that multiple independent consultants advised that we'd have to redo it again. Enter Lifetime Roof Systems. They were not afraid to take on this project. We worked directly with Gary (the owner) and Arturo (his head roofer) who was very thoughtful and organized and patient about arriving at the right answer. Part of the roof (the flat part) is TPO with custom-fabricated metal eaves and the other part (pitched) is metal ... again all custom. As Raquel stated, it DOES take them a while to start the project (with reason), so you have to be patient but good things are 100% worth the wait. Once the project was started, they were devoted and focused and I never worried that they were rushing through to finish and move on to something else (which can lead to mistakes, as we had the misfortune to learn with the previous contractor). They were willing to answer all of my questions both before and throughout the project. I don't believe that you will find that they are the cheapest roofer in town, but with roofs you get what you pay for (and a lot of times you don't) and if you are going to make that kind of investment, might as well kick in a few extra bucks and have something not only done right with the highest level of craftsmanship, but something you can be proud of for as long as you live in that home.
