  • I gave a gift of clothing to my daughter for Christmas. I purchased it all on line from Old Navy's web site. The clothes did not fit so I gave her the receipts so she could exchange the clothes. She went in to this location today and was not feeling well so she only wanted to return the clothes and get a gift card for a future purchase. She was informed that if she didn't shop today they had to credit my charge card and could not give her a gift card. So now I have to mail her a check and she can shop elsewhere when she is better. Stupid policy as they just lost my $150 sale.
