Shady business practices & not paying your employees = a business I'm actually happy to see go out of business. I found out when I got a call that my usual person was no longer with them, and to reschedule. Tried calling back and emailing; no email reply and phone temporarily disconnected.
Then saw on Facebook that people had gone in for scheduled services and the place was closed! This after I just spent $40 for a prepaid massage special and 4 month membership. I dashed over to Paypal and put in a dispute and claim. They never responded so Paypal refunded my money this morning.
I'm very disappointed in their actions; they've left employees and clients alike out of work and money. I really wanted to support a local business that had good pricing. I'll be looking elsewhere.
