  • Joe with Instant Air happened to be parked infront of my home when I was struggling with the wires from removing my subwoofer from truck. I wasn't familiar with exposed wires and just randomly approached and asked him a few questions about it. He kindly suggested I use electrical tape, then returned with cap offs when I couldnt find tape. I also had cap offs so I didn't need his, but just the fact that in a busy day he still made time to find a way to help someone out. I will not forget Joe or Instant Air. Truly a reflection of who they hire and how they go out of their way to make a difference.
