  • I bought a car there a few weeks back and the entire experience was good (except for a long wait to wrap things up). After waiting to hear back regarding financing I was able to procure my own financing. That's when things became really hostile and shady. A magical deal was already on the table "prior" to me informing Lexus, which wasn't relayed to me until after I told Lexus about my lower financing option. The finance manager Rich became extremely hostile and nasty. The car salesman who was so available the first couple of days never returned several calls placed to him. I want nothing to do with this dealership and I would never recommend anyone to do business with them. After they sell you the car they want nothing to do with you!
