I never know if the famous chef that has a restaurant in a touristy area will actually come through. And with Wolfgang Puck's name all over vegas, I was really apprehensive of coming here. In this case, Wolfgang Puck came through. With a more casual and wide open atmosphere I've really enjoyed my lunch experiences here. Located inside Mandalay Bay, you need to follow the maze towards the back near the Ka entrance. This last instance I had the prime rib dip sandwich and it came with some crispy onion rings. The roll was solid enough so it didn't fall apart when I dipped it in the thicker than expected au ju. The dip part coated the sandwich and was not too salty and went well with the horseradish sauce that had a good enough kick but not overpowering. My wife and father-in-law had the fried chicken sandwich that a lot of other patrons were ordering and it was stacked with a generous piece of fried chicken, pickles, and some kind of orange sauce that was good and made up for the chicken that was a little dry with a side of sweet potato fries. My mother-in-law had the margarehta pizza which looked average. But we were well taken care of, and the good was brought out quickly. We will always make a point to come back here for another lunch go around.
