The staff here seemed great to me. Scott at the bar was great with our drinks and the waitress we had in the theater made a couple mistakes but quickly fixed them. If this review was only about them I'd give it 5 stars. For it being their training day, they really seemed to be on top of things.
The seating here is just awful. My neck and back went stiff from having to sit so upright because these chairs don't recline or even lean back. They're narrow chairs that you have to share an armrest with your neighbor. This issue will probably keep me from returning. Other theaters in the valley have far more comfortable seating. I can sacrifice having food brought to my chair for a comfortable and relaxing movie experience.
