  • Customer service is the key to business and the service I received today was exceptional. I committed to wait for the technician at my daughter's new apartment and we were scheduled between 8-10. I received a call at 7:45 saying he was 15 minutes out and sure enough he pulled in around 8:00am. He not only set up the modem and router, loaned me his screwdriver because I didn't bring one and the new TV required screws for the feel, gave me two AAA batteries for the remote (can't believe they were not included, but also tested the new TV. He knew I was trying to surprise my daughter with the TV when she arrived home after work today and went out of his way to make that possible! Kudos for GREAT Customer Service!
