  • Excellent service and good experience for my babies! So happy/excited/relieved I found this place lol. I have a large 95lbs boxer and a Pomeranian. When I brought them in, the whole staff met with me and asked soooo many questions about my babies which I really appreciated. They were very thorough as to exactly what I wanted done and what they'd do. Also, they told me it would take a few hours but they ended up calling me just a little an hour after I took them. (This can vary according to how busy they are but it was nice when they finished earlier than expected). Both my dogs came out super happy and I can clearly tell they liked the staff and treated them well because there were no bad signs of anxiety or wanting to get out of there fast enough. (Unlike the last place we took them.) Oh, and as far as the actual was and cut, also 5 stars!!! Lol They have a new repeat customer!!! Thank you Hair of the Dog!!!
