I took my laptop in over two months ago and I am picking it up today un fixed.
John has done nothing but ignore my calls, jerk me around and give me story after story about why my laptop isn't done yet. Some guy they hired sucked and didn't do anything, there was a flood, maybe my laptop was damaged maybe it wasn't. Any and all of this could be true but that's besides the point and honestly, none of my fault.
Perfect example: he said he would phone me by 5:30PM if he could get my computer to work and if he couldn't I could come get it. Its been three weeks since that day and I am just picking it up now.
I get that things happen, totally. But the customer is not at fault for your business woes. Even now I am sitting in my hot car waiting for him to show up so I can pick up my expensive paperweight.
I am self employed and have been trying to do all of my work from my phone which has been a nightmare. Had I known this was going to take two months and I would come out of it with a broken laptop...i would have just bought a new one two months ago.
This is my experience, and it has been incredibly negative. I would like to hope that mine isn't the typical experience...
