My daughter had been taking private lessons for the last three months once a week. We never got the same instructor and when I spoke to the front desk about it and went to pay and schedule for the next month I was told her time slot was taken. After two calls (the first one is where they tried to collect on a balance for the next month - ummm you mean the month you couldn't schedule me for?) and over 30 minutes on the phone we were able to get scheduled with Alex. He's great with my daughter but when I tried to schedule for August I was told that I have to wait a week and then can only schedule week by week.
We had one appointment were they scheduled my daughter but failed to schedule a teacher to actually teach her! Who does that?
Instructors are great. Front desk is horrible and you would think that for $42 a lesson they would at least know how to schedule an appointment.
Save yourself the headache and find another swim school.
