  • Why this is called a Starbucks is beyond me. This should be called a sadbucks because I didn't get a dime of what I paid for. At my local Starbucks near my house I pay 2.60 for 3 shots of espresso in a venti cup over ice but the bill came to 1.59 so I thought ok they will fix it. They never did and after waiting 5 minutes the Barista comes out and says what did you order again? Lady there's no one in here I said how did you not make my order by now. Finally she gets my my drink and after the first sip I can tell she put 2 shots of espresso. The music was so loud in the Sadbucks that I couldn't even hear my grandson nor could the Barista's hear me order. Just a sad experience that needs to be fixed immediately.
