  • Total liars and ripoff artists. Was told on phone that the rollers and drum wires which they had put on in July were still under warranty, and that for an 89$ service call they would come out to get the wire back on track, which had come off and had caused the door to partially collapse as two rollers had popped out. They were much later than the dispatcher said, and when they came out, said it would be 550$ to get it back on track. When I told them the dispatcher had said 89$, he said he was mixed up. There were several other lies involved, and when I told him, he said he would do it for 250$. Wow, lucky me. It took him less than 30 minutes to fix the door. Do not trust them!! I originally got lured in by a Groupon in July, and wish I had read reviews before this mistake.
