Made reservations for 8. We all ordered the pork belly buns, egg rolls beef carpaccio, and wings. The pork belly buns, egg rolls, and wings were good, but the carpaccio was amazing. It was like a magical plate of juicy goodness. Druglike since it seemed everyone's eyes kept involuntarily darting back to the plate. For the entrees, we ordered the oxtail fried rice, pork belly with coconut juicez Cornish hen with garlic noodles, and steak and eggs. The hen was a bit dry bit easily fixed with an ample squirt of sriracha. The oxtail fried rice was to die for. A bit of everything in each and every bite. Garlic noodles were great in taste and texture. The steak and eggs were surprisingly good. Reminiscent of a pepper steak from the Chinese restaurants. The showstopper was the pork belly. Melt in your mouth good. I can't wait for the weather to get colder so I can stop in for some pho.
The waitress was on top of things. Topped our drinks off constantly. Always attentive and quick to serve.
